Wellness shouldn’t be a destination. It should arrive at your door.
Most of us don’t have a sauna, and the nearest one is a crowded gym or a long drive. So we built ours on wheels. We tow a handcrafted barrel sauna to you and set it up. Then you get a slow, quiet hour (or a whole weekend) of real heat.
The outside is spruce and the inside is aromatic cedar. A wood-burning stove brings it to about 180–200°F in roughly 45 minutes. Ladle water on the hot stones and a soft wave of steam rolls over you. The Finns call it löyly.
Hot, cold, still. Repeat.
A Nordic tradition that’s centuries old, in your own backyard.
Heat
10–15 minutes in the cedar. Ladle water on the stones for steam. Let your shoulders drop.
Plunge
Step slowly into cold water. Breathe through the gasp. 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Rest
Sit in the open air. Drink water. Feel your body hum and your mind go quiet.
Repeat
Two or three rounds. Leave lighter than you arrived.
Plunge temperatures are typical research ranges, not a promise. New to hot and cold? Start short and read our cold plunge guide.

Before anything else, breathe.
That’s really the whole idea. Follow the light: in for four, hold for four, out for six.
Ancient ritual. Modern evidence.
A 20-year Finnish study followed 2,315 men. Compared with once a week, those who used a sauna 4–7 times a week had:
lower rate of sudden cardiac death
lower rate of fatal cardiovascular disease
lower rate of death from any cause

Good to know
How much does it cost to rent a mobile sauna in Toledo?
Hourly sessions start at $60 for 1 hour. A 24-hour rental is $150, 48 hours is $300, 72 hours is $450. Delivery is free within 10 miles of Perrysburg, and a $200 security deposit holds your date.
Do I need electricity or water hookups?
No hookups are needed for heat. The sauna runs on a wood-burning stove. The LED lights just need an extension cord to any outdoor outlet. Keep a hose or a few jugs of water nearby to ladle on the stones.
How many people fit in the sauna?
Up to six adults sit comfortably. Bigger groups usually rotate in 15–20 minute rounds.
How long does the sauna take to heat up?
About 45 minutes to reach 180–200°F. Cold or windy weather and the type of wood can change that a bit.
What space do I need?
A level spot a truck and trailer can reach, such as a driveway, a parking area or firm, level ground. The sauna is about 12 feet long on a dual-axle trailer. Keep it clear of overhanging branches and anything flammable near the chimney. Not sure? Text us a photo of the spot.
